With over 40 years of experience in financial markets, Scott specializes in applying technical analysis to portfolio construction, risk management, and client education.

As a Chartered Market Technician, Scott integrates classical charting techniques with quantitative tools to identify market trends and manage risk. His approach combines price-based indicators, momentum studies, and intermarket analysis to form strategic asset allocation.
